Dr. Jerome possesses a wealth of experience in diverse areas of law practice, with remarkable expertise in Tax, Energy Law and Litigation. His legal skills and competence stem from years of practice in the law firms of Olawoyin&Olawoyin, AELEX,Hermon Legal Practitioners and at the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS). At FIRS, he zealously prosecuted several civil and criminal cases on Taxation, and got an impressive number of landmark judgments on intricate issues of tax in favour of FIRS. He has also advised clients on tax implications of their business arrangements, and conducted regulatory compliance.

He has published several articles in reputable local and international journals mostly on Tax and Energy Law, resolving complexities and expounding hidden aspects of these areas of law. He has also presented papers in conferences on various aspects of Law, policy and practice.

Dr. Jerome holds a Ph. D (Energy Law) from the University of Ibadan, a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Lagos, a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) Second Class Upper from the University of Nigeria Nsukka, and a BL from the Nigerian Law School.

He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), International Fiscal Association, International Bar Association, and the Nigerian Bar Association.
